• Make sure your phone is rooted 
• Download lucky patcher here
• Open lucky patcher and locate subway surf
• Click subway surf
• Click open menu Of patches
• Click custom patch
• The custom patch description will appear, click apply
• It will load in less than ten seconds

                        For non root users
